Symbol legend for Common Draft contract provisions

In various Common Draft contract provisions, the symbols below have the following meanings:

Denotes a “checklist” provision that is likely to be both proposed and accepted

Denotes a “market” provision — it might or might not be proposed but likely would be accepted

The other party’s contract reviewer will almost certainly want to discuss this provision and might object to it

The other party’s contract reviewer will very likely want to revise the terms of this provision (at a minimum)

This provision will likely be a serious problem for the other party’s contract reviewer
