☑ Denotes a “checklist” provision that is likely to be both proposed and accepted

☐ Denotes a “market” provision — it might or might not be proposed but likely would be accepted

☏ The other party’s contract reviewer will almost certainly want to discuss this provision and might object to it

✎ The other party’s contract reviewer will very likely want to revise the terms of this provision (at a minimum)

☠ This provision will likely be a serious problem for the other party’s contract reviewer
