I’ve assembled various clauses and commentary into a PDF document, which I’m calling the TATE Compendium ™ — TATE stands for Transaction Agreement Template Engineering; it also happens to be how my last name is pronounced. (That was my wife’s suggestion.)
Instead of version numbers, I’m using names (like hurricanes); the version I just posted is ABIGAIL.
I’m starting to mix-and-match various provisions to form annotated Microsoft Word documents for use as contract templates. Two confidentiality agreements — a long template with lots of clauses, and a down-the-middle version, both annotated — are posted along with the compendium PDF document.
